An annual summary of PPI projects for the coming year. (Start of the year)

PPI Update

  • Reminder of PPI projects with brief updates.
  • Includes PPI updates locally, regionally and nationally.
  • It aims to make sure Governance Public Contributors have reasonably up to date information about ARC PPI activities and PPI generally.
  • The purpose is to give them information so they can talk confidently about/provide updates about these activities at theme meetings or Strategy Board meetings.

PPI Champion Meetings

Most feedback about ARC information or ARC PPI happens at PPI Champions meetings, or via the PPI update.

We said we did

  • The PPI Lead is (retrospectively) collating a ‘we said we did’ record:
  • It aims to record the impact of our PPI Governance activities.
  • It is useful for reportingIt can be used to produce an annual update of PPI achievements.We can use it to prepare a record of PPI achievements over the whole ARC (by year)
  • We will also aim to do this for individual Working Groups and Themes, where possible.
